FOR OUR SEASONAL MEAT SELECTION, WE USE LOCALLY HUNTED VENISON.

The Block Menü menu components are characterised, above all, by their regional origin. In addition to using beef from our own regional cattle breeding programme, our venison sauerbraten is an outstanding example of this. It is produced in a regional game processing plant (Spindler Wild) that specialises in locally hunted game meat from northern Germany.
