Regeneration tips: The table below shows you how to regenerate our products to achieve the best possible results and satisfy your guests.

Bags are heat-resistant up to 120 °C, and trays up to 200 °C. For frozen products, the information below applies when defrosted. The bags can be heated unopened in a water bath or a the combi-steamer. The specified cooking times, temperatures and appliances are only recommendations to be determined in-house by the user. Please note that individual deviations are possible when using other types of appliances.
