REGIONALITY AND SHORT TRANSPORT ROUTES ARE CRUCIAL WHEN IT COMES TO MEAT. THIS IS WHY WE CONSISTENTLY IMPLEMENT HIGH STANDARDS AND ANIMAL WELFARE IN OUR OWN BREEDING PROGRAMME.

Since 2014, we have been shaping and supporting local agriculture and beef production as pioneers in our industry with the regional ‘Uckermärker Breeding Programme’. Our shared goal is to create and maintain added value that is friendly to both animals and the environment for everyone involved.

To ensure product quality, Block Menü GmbH has a microbiological S1 laboratory and also collaborates with accredited laboratories.

BLOCK MENÜ GMBH HAS REPEATEDLY BEEN AWARDED THE IFS FOOD CERTIFICATE BY INDEPENDENT IFS AUDITORS.

We guarantee that all products are produced conventionally using the best raw materials and under particularly hygienic conditions. This is ensured through our in-house quality assurance and independent inspections. It is not without reason that Block Menü GmbH has been repeatedly awarded the IFS Food certificate by independent IFS auditors. The IFS requirements for good manufacturing practice (cleaning, disinfection, pest control, maintenance, servicing and training) are more comprehensive than the legal requirements. Block Menü GmbH has passed the IFS standard version 7 at a higher level and is committed to continuous improvement in the interests of our customers. The IFS is based on the well-known ISO 9000 ff series of quality management standards, but also includes the principles of HACCP, including the handling of allergens.
