Our fish comes exclusively from environmentally friendly and ASC- or MSC-certified fisheries. These audited companies must demonstrate their commitment to sustainable practices. Key assessment factors include maintaining healthy fish stocks, minimising the impact of fishing gear on the seabed and bycatch, and understanding and reducing their overall impact on the ecosystem.
